(Scots Weekly)
To submit information to the Scots Weekly:
Email our Scots Weekly Chair​ and
follow these guidelines:

Submissions must be from organizations directly affiliated with Highland Park High School (i.e., on-campus organizations and clubs) and related to school activities and events. Organizations or clubs not affiliated with HPHS may reach out to the district for possible submission in the district-wide community newsletter.

Submissions are due Wednesday at 5pm for the following week's newsletter.

Content should run for no more than 2 weeks, so choose your timing accordingly.

Include no more than 4 pictures, no more than 1 MB each. Use .png or .jpg format and attach to email (do not embed in a document).

Preferred font is Trebuchet MS 14

Directory Spot
Access to Directory Spot is available for $20 per year, and is paid to the HPHS Student Council. You must be a parent or guardian of an enrolled student. Access can be purchased in Back to School Signup (BSSU). If you missed the opportunity, please email the Student Council sponsor, John Hinton, for details.

The directory is strictly limited to personal use only. It may NOT be used for solicitation, advertising, or political campaigning. If you violate this policy, your access may be removed.

To access DirectorySpot:
Visit the Directory Spot website or download the app.
Don't know your password?
Enter your email address as your Username and click on "Forgot Password." An email will be sent to you with a password reset link.

To submit/update your directory information:

NOTE: Please ensure you also update your contact information with the campus registrar.

To download PDF's:
Log in to the Directory Spot website from a computer. Select the directory from the drop-down on the top right, then click on Download PDFs. There are several formats to choose from.
